ARNULFO Laniba: Rayden Buhano, bro, when a leader has counselors/ advisers, he is safe... for his decision will be based on many angles, options, alternatives, etc. Did not King Solomon say, "In the abundance of counselors, there is safety"? It is also refers to wise counselors/ advisers. There was a king in Israel who counselors but the wrong ones, namely: his fellow youth. Kabardaka. Result: He did not last as a king.

Manny has the habit of making God part of his plan and work. As one saying goes, "Plan your work with God, and work your plan with God."

Knowing it all is not always a king's strength, for no one can know it all; he needs the advices of those who are assigned in those areas or are being affected.

What a good leader must not fail to possess are these:

1) Love for those he serves exceeds his love for self;

2) Ability (wisdom) to grasp the problem;

3) Ability (discernment) to go direct to the root cause;

4) Humility to listen from wise advisers especially God, for the recommendation, e.g., solution;

5) Wisdom to weigh options and choose the best solution.

The leader who has them has everything! He has God. He has the angels who support God and your decision. He has the ETs (good angelic human beings from all over stars, their respective planets and moons) who will also support and help you implement and prosper your decision.

He has also the support of the rest of the creation: mother Earth, the plantrees, the animals, etc. because he loves them as he loves or more than he loves himself!

If Manny will go to God for his heavy duties as president, then, he will do better than his predecessors.
