REMARKS ON SEN PACQUIAO AND SEN PIA DEBATE ON BILL TO ESTABLISH A SEPARATE OFFICE TO CATER THE NEEDS OF THE BOXING ATHLETES IN THE PHILIPPINES

Why is Senator Pia Cayetano sacrificing and delaying the funding of the bill of Sen Pacquiao already approved for the mere reason that we allegedly need to redirect the money to fund the covid pandemic when we are informed that the government has loaned P 2 trillion from the World Bank et al to fund covid. Why delay the funding of the bill that will meet the long-overdue need and care of our boxers, especially those who are retired who are suffering in dire poverty and disability?

As to the proposal of Sen Pia to merge the proposed boxing committee to the already existing GAB, I do not think it will be effective ... I fear it will weaken action if not also the intention to take care of our boxers...unless there are additional personnel hired to dedicate themselves to the task of taking care of the boxers. I doubt the present manpower of GAB can handle the additional task in additional to their existing tasks. This however needs to be examined. But to be effective in the implementation of the new bill, new men are recommended to be added or hired to concentrate on its implementation, not the present manpower of GAB, if a new separate office is not presently advisable nor fundable.

The multiple functions of GAB will prevent it from focusing itself to the care of our boxing athletes.

Let the boxing committee as stipulated in the Pacquiao bill be continued so that it can focus on the specific task of taking care of our boxing athletes while it can however be made subordinate to or a section of the GAB.

Totally separate from GAB or making it subordinate to GAB does not matter; the most important thing is: there is a bunch of men and women tasked or hired to concentrate on the task of taking care of the needs of our boxers especially those who are retired and are in need of government assistance, such as in a form of pension or medical insurance, etc.

Same for other sports. We can create an office or committee for karate sports and likewise make it subordinate to GAB. GAB may be re-organized to become the overseer of all sports committees.

If there are sports of fewer participants that can be merged into one office, then, let it be so.

Summary:

1. The funding for the bill to put up an office/ committee for the care and welfare of our boxing athletes cannot be and should not be disturbed or hampered by the sudden appearance of covid pandemic because as we are told, the government has loaned as much as P 2 trillions for the pandemic and besides, as we know, the needs of our boxing athletes especially those who are retired and in some form of disability are more acute and outstanding than the covid patients;

2. The proposal of Sen Pia Cayetano to merge the proposed boxing committee nalang to GAB will risk its efficacy and effectiveness in the implementation due to the fact that GAB is already performing many other functions; so hindi ma-focus ang boxing, hence, ineffective. The Boxing Committee must have new manpower to make our boxers first priority even if the committee will be put under the supervision of GAB or separate.

Senator Pacquiao is correct and wise and compassionate.

Separate it or not, subordinate it or not, it does not matter, the most important thing is: the need is focused. The risk of mixing it in the GAB present organization is it will not be focused, hence, ineffective.

Let this covid thing not become an alibi or excuse or cause to delay the care of our suffering athletes, the boxers first then let other athletes be attended to as soon as possible. Caring the boxers and addressing the covid do not need to be intentionally collided because covid has already been over-funded... so over-funded that the doctors and big pharma chanced to steal by the billions!

What is more important to God now is that we did our charity, and not hamper it and end up only in good intention but no sufficient action. If it is mixed with GAB functions, there is big chance that it will be a good intention lost in insufficient actions.

Meaning: See to it that the implementation is focused... and if a separate office is the best way, then so be it!

Senator Pia's alleged call for austerity or redirection of other funds to focus in our fight with covid will end up a vapor, no substance, because all the solutions to covid that the government has been using since at the start including face masks, face shields, but esp vaccines, are false solutions or not the bull's eye solutions!

For the true causes of covid are many and are as follows (well planned and well orchestrated):

I. WEAKEN OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM:

1. remove the nutritional defense by removing the bran (skin) and germ of the seeds/ grains esp rice. Effect: 28 nutrients (vitamins and minerals) are lost in eating refine-milled/ polished rice x 10 diseases per nutritional deficiency = 280 diseases for merely not eating whole rice.

Nutrients are part of the defense system or immune system.

One of the most important vitamin is Vit. B 17 (laetrile), not told to us, not taught in schools, to pave the way for cancer epidemic. For Vit B17 is the guard vitamin vs cancer. No Vit. B 17 = no guard vs cancer. And also covid bec covid and cancer are similar: they are both virus.

So, the sudden disappearance of ancient stone mills (galingan, ligsanan) and their sudden replacement by metal mills that removes bran and germ is not without intention.

2. replacement of leather/ animal skin with rubber for shoes, slippers, etc. Purpose: Rubber stops electricity. Mother Earth exudes electrons which is negative charge electricity. The electrons are intended to enter the body via the sole of our bare food up to the spine up to the brain's pineal gland, diamond-shaped little organ, whose job is this: receives the positive charge from the sun (photons) and the negative charge from Earth (electrons) = body electricity to burn bad bacteria, germs, viruses including covid and to melt all fats inside our blood vessels thus, prevent heart attack or stroke!

3. Use of synthetic yeast for baking. Danger: this yeast fills the cells with molds which suffocates the cells and prevent oxygen and nutrients. Result: weakens the immune system or the resistance of the cells. Fact: almost all Americans who got cancer, got first this yeast disease otherwise known as candida. It is candida that weakens first the body to pave the way easily to cancer.

4. Do not underestimate bad sugar because scientists have repeatedly reminded us that this synthetic sugar does two things: a) initiates cancer; b) feeds cancer;

These are just 4 of the countless of tactics they have been doing to kill or weaken our immune system.

II. Negative or dissonant sounds like in bad music to lower the frequency of the body to the level of the frequency of diseases which is in the range of 175 hertz down to 20 hertz (best for cancer).

III. The negative frequency (radiation) from 5G WiFi system is very deadly especially if it is paired with...

IV. radiation receivers/ boosters inside the body which include: coronanorobots which we cal covid injections, the microchips, and mini-lakes of radio-active metals like aluminum, mercury, lead... these serves as receivers, boosters and siphoners fo radiations from 5G towers et a... and so.... help in accumulating radiation inside our cells to deadly level that can burn our cells into virus, or thicken or dry up our blood so that no oxygen can flow... in short: heart attack, stroke!

Shooting us with radiation (liquid bullet from the laser gun aka WiFi towers) in our weakened immune system, will result to covid.

In others words, face mask, face shield, even vaccines will not help -- in fact, it is via the vaccines that the inject into our body the radiation recievers-boosters.

In short, the entire P 2 trillions that our government loaned from World Bank to address covid was spent uselessly...

and in a very corrupt way... for how do you justify 5 days of using ventilation that cost P123,000.00 for a care that does not include medicine for covid.. bec there is no medicin for covid.. just the hospital care... but why did it reach P 840K not to include the professional fees of the doctors?

Therefore, time will arrive when Sen Pacquiao's allegation that this Duterte's administration is the most corrupt, as much or more than 3 times corrupt that the previous ones is or will be proven correct... even tho both Sen Pacquiao and Pres Duterte do not understand it and are mainly deceived by the owners of big Pharma who are also the owners of illegal drugs cartels!
