MY FIRST LETTER TO MANNY PACQUIAO
MY FIRST LETTER TO MANNY PACQUIAO
Dear my bro Senator Manny,
First of all, may I greeet you, Maajong Buntag!
Before I touch my main purpose, may I narrate to you the process how I came to feel you closer in my heart like a brother... my brother Filipino.
First, of course, is your examplary life. I watch your boxing videos and analyze the lessons we can learn and apply in our own lives. You have practiced and demonstrated many effective principles and tactics in life that inspire us to practice them.
One is the lesson on winning in life which says, “Offence is the best defence.”
I saw in virtually almost all your fight this principle at work. You do not wait for the opponent to initiate. It is you who perform most of the “offence” or attacks, putting the opponent in the defensive reactive position and thus, prevent him most of the time from doing an attack.
It is as if drowning a negative person with a flood of love that he ends up losing all hates and coming to love you.
This is exactly what the Bible means when it says, Overcome evil by doing good.
And we can tie this to anothere relevant saying, “He who sows bountifully shall reap bountifully, he who sows sparingly will reap sparingly.”
In other words, it means: He who does good overcomes evil but he who does good bountifully shall overcome evil easily and overwhelmingly!
So, instead of getting stuck up by grudge or desire for revenge, it is much wiser to proceed to drowning our enemy with ‘attacks’ but in the case of real life, it is attacks of love.
Manny, your application of the saying “Offense is the best defense” has borne much fruits for all the world to see. This actual demo by you of how blessed is a pro-active life inspires us. We are realizing that a reactive life is unprofitable. Indeed, it does not advance our condition if we allow ourselves to get caught in the victim mentality. We have to change our mind and throw away the victim mentality and go out to practice the pro-active life... the life of positive offense... the life of doing positive attacks... nt allowing ourselves to be in the reactive or defense position... always doing the offense ... that is, always sowing good feelings, good thoughts, good words and good deeds... this kind of character will indeed fill the whole person and the whole world with seeds, and then seedlings once germinated and trees once full grown, of good feelings, good thoughts, good words and good deeds... so that the whole world and all hearts be overwhelmed with love and no place remains for everything that is not love and positive.
The Filipino people has been confined and has resigned to an attitude of surrender, despair and victim mentality. Although not surrendering but they are already in the zone of helplessness and defeat... in the reactive life, instead of pro-active.
The pro-active person or nation keeps on sowing good... and bountifully! While the re-active mentality says, “I am the victim,” the pro-active says, “I will overcome evil with good and I will do it bountifully so I can reap bountiful good fruits.”
SPEED.
The pro-active person, who believes and practices the “Offense is the best defense” philosophy, also knows the importance of timing... of the saying, “Strike while the iron is hot.” He knows that if the iron-smith delays just a few seconds, not minutes, and the hot molten iron begins to cool down, he won’t be able to form it in the he wants because it rertuns to the solid state it was before being exposed to the fire. So, timing is super-important. And timing is associated with speed.
I saw you saw a split-second opening and you instantly exploited it, not wasting a second ... and then opponent got knocked down!
Manny, the lessons you made alive in your life and which have shone like diamonds as a result of your effective application and by the amazing results, old neglective sayings and principles of life that had been archived by us but by you have become alive, powerful and attractive, THANK YOU!

I am a pioneering internet researcher and truthseeker and have been involved in the Word War (not World War) versus the liars and deceivers of the world who want to keep their deceitful systems intact to remain in control of the resources and riches of the world and keep the remaining 99% of humanity poor, sick, impoverished, bankrupt, dying and dead.
In my field of expertise, if you might call it that, I am a soldier as a lightworker. I fight using arrows of words to hit and destroy the lies and false information and harmful systems that the bad guys in this world had installed.
And surely, I got inspiration from your life and boxing career to recognize what are the laws of success and effective strategies to use to succeed in the war you are in... in my case, the Word War Worldwide.
To me, it is the World War III... not a military war, but a word war... I shoot words like arrows and I intend to destroy a lie or a falsehood with every arrow I shot.
And do you know what? I am always reminded of the secrets of success you are yourself practising effectively, such as:
1. “Offense is the best defense” [Victim mentality is ineffective...makes you weaker].
2. “He who sows bountifully shall reap bountifully, he who sows sparingly shall reap sparingly.”
3. “Strike while the iron is hot” [The law of speed].
These work well for me, too, bro, as they work for you. But I have to thank you for your personal example that helps me appreciate the value of these principles which we usually take for granted.
After you demonstrated their power, I have been motivated the more to put them into practice.
So, as a result, I am becoming more skilled in my own field and have got “bull’s eye” with my arrows.

So, it is by your own personal achievements that earns my praises and patronage for you. It is how you live life successfully that caused me to look up to you with praise and appreciation.

The next thing in the process that took me closer to your sphere is my friend in Loon, Bohol, his name is Felix Perez. He is helping prepare for your future political career, right? I too have been in the political arena quire sometime. I had helped my uncle, Felix Rengel, co-founder of PDP with the late sir Nene Pimentel, in his campaign when he run for vice governor in Bohol.
***
Felix Perez and Amay Bisaya know that I am an enemy of vote-buying or dishonesty and a fierce advocate for winning by the quality of platforms you carry and by your skills to carry them out once elected into office.
***
Felix and Amay told me you possess the needed qualifications to lead the nation. I did not believe it immediately and waited for a time to get to know you better. That time came all of a sudden... when I came to your interview video and listened to your own narration of your difficult life.
After listening to it for a number of times, here is my conclusion: YOU HAVE A HEART THAT HAS BEEN PURGED, CLEANSED, PREPARED FOR SERVICE OF LOVE FOR YOUR COUNTRYMEN... this kind of malasakit loving heart is difficult to bribe to betray the poor fellowman... the love for the poor prevails over personal interest during a test. While the shallow-hearted quickly throws his love for the poor in favor for the bribes, the seasoned deep-hearted roars like lion when his poor brother is oppressed... and so no bribers can influence him.
We need this kind of leader.
(to be continued...)
Yours truly,
Manung Cocoy
